Bring your new, unwrapped toys to the St. Charles Holiday Electric Parade on Saturday, November 28th,and help the St. Charles Breakfast Rotary Club collect toys for the Toys for Kids Program. The Rotarians want to make sure that all children get a visit from Santa this year. Rotary volunteers will walk along the Holiday Electric Parade route with their “Rotary Float of Toys”, accepting unwrapped toys from the festive, Thanksgiving crowd. All toys will be donated to the Tri-Cities Jim Wheeler Toys for Kids Program which benefits children in need through the Tri-Cities Salvation Army. This program is in its thirty-second year, and has been a great success due to all the support from our Tri-Cities residents, neighbors and friends. The parade kicks off at 5:30 p.m. and moves down Main St. between 6th Street and 4th Avenue in downtown St. Charles. Watch for the Breakfast Rotary’s float, and donate your toys as they pass. All unwrapped, new toys will be collected.
